Outdoor 2024 Final Alignments - 11v11 and 8v8
Final Alignment
The Outdoor 2024 final alignment for the 11v11 and 8v8 programs can be found on the Outdoor 2024 Season Information Page. Please also review the included alignment formats on the second page of each alignment.
Season Start Date
- 11v11 games are tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, May 6th.
- 8v8 Games are tentatively scheduled to begin on Sunday, May 5th.
League Fees
Final league fees have been posted.
Payment Instalment Dates
- First Installment is due on Wednesday, April 24th.
- Final Instalment is due on Wednesday, May 22nd.
Outdoor Player/Coach Registration
Player and coach registration will open in early April. We will notify all teams once registration has opened.
Coaches - ensure that you register to your team(s) as soon as possible as the CWSA builds our season contact list from the registered team officials. If you are not registered, you will not receive any notifications.
Minimum Roster Requirements
- Teams must register a minimum of 1 team official at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the team’s first league game.
- 11v11 teams must have a minimum of 11 players registered at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the team’s first league game.
- 8v8 teams must have a minimum of 8 players registered at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the team’s first league game.
Teams may be fined for not meeting the minimum registrations required as stated above.
Police Clearances (CPICs)
- Team Officials listed on CWSA Open division teams (11v11 and 8v8) must provide the CWSA with a current and valid police information check (PIC/e-PIC), regardless of their occupation.
- New team officials for the Outdoor 2024 season may reach out to us ahead of time to office@mycwsa.ca to receive a volunteer letter and to start the CPIC application process.
- Please be aware that you will not be permitted to coach if you do not have a valid police clearance on file with the CWSA.
- New applications can take 2-4 weeks to be processed. Please apply early to avoid missing league games.
- If you have a police clearance that was completed within the last 3 years through another organization (CMSA, CUSA, or other), please send a copy of it to office@mycwsa.ca.
- CWSA has already reached out to existing coaches whose police clearances need to be renewed this fall.
Provincial Opt-Out Deadline (11v11 only)
The Provincial Opt-Out Deadline for 11v11 teams is on Friday, June 7th.
