5. Sponsor
   This giveaway is hosted by the Calgary Women's Soccer Association (CWSA). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
6. Eligibility
   The winner must be a currently registered player or team official or referee with the CWSA. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of CWSA are not eligible to win.
7. Entry Period
   The giveaway begins on June 3, 2025 and ends on June 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM MST. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
8. How to Enter
   To enter: fill out the survey form (link below) with your name, email address and phone number

9. Winner Selection
   The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the deadline. The draw will take place on June 4, 2025, by 5:00 PM MST.
10. Winner Notification
    The winners will be notified by email and announced publicly on our website and on our Instagram stories. The winners must respond by 11:00am on June 5, 2025 to claim the prize. If a selected winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be drawn.
11. Prize
    Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Calgary Wild FC game on June 5, 2025, at McMahon Stadium in Calgary, AB. There will be 5 winners drawn. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
12. General Conditions
    By participating, entrants confirm they are 18+ years old and agree to release CWSA and Instagram of any responsibility. CWSA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason, including fraud or technical issues.
