The Calgary Clash offers teams a valuable pre-season opportunity to get outdoor games in, test new players, build chemistry, and shake off the rust ahead of the outdoor season.

2026 Calgary Clash Tournament Rules
GAME SHEETS
Teams will be required to print off their own game sheets from the CWSA's game sheet website. Details and instructions will be provided to each team ahead of the tournament.
Each team should print ONE game sheet for each game.
ELIGIBILITY
- All participants must be registered with a Calgary-based team in order to participate.
- Out of town players are not eligible to participate in the Calgary Clash this year.
- All players must register with the CWSA and upon their registration they will be required to pay their 2026 Alberta Soccer Annual Membership Fee in order to participate in the tournament. The fee is $42.

TEAM ROSTERS
- All players will be required to pay the Alberta Soccer 2026 Membership fee ($42) upon registration. This fee will also cover the Outdoor 2026 season, the Indoor 2026-27 season and any tournaments the CWSA hosts within the 2026 membership year (April 2026-March 2027)
- ALL Players & Coaches are required to register to their tournament team online using the CWSA's online registration system in lieu of submitting individual rosters. Details and Instructions will be provided to each team ahead of the tournament.
- Teams do not need to submit a roster form to the CWSA. Instead, your roster will be whoever has registered to your tournament team directly (maximum 25 players).
- Players may register/play for ONE team in each program the tournament. example: a player could register to one team in 8v8 and one team in 11v11, but not 2 teams in 11v11.

- CWSA will NOT accommodate scheduling requests for teams/players registered in both.

- All games will be played outdoors on the artificial turf fields at the Calgary Soccer Centre - 7000 48 St SE, Calgary, AB
